AFAS SB+ also supports setting up direct debits and creating SEPA files for paying several invoices at once.
The software includes standard bookkeeping functionality, such as trial balances, insight into debtor and creditor lists, and an assets module for investments and depreciation. A distinguishing feature is the automatic generation of annual accounts for, for example, an income tax return. It does lack functions such as time and mileage registration.
In terms of ease of use, AFAS SB+ offers customisable overviews, a handy task list, and a dashboard for an immediate overview of the business status. Although it offers limited personal support, it makes up for this with an extensive knowledge base and a digital tour.
AFAS SB+ uses a transparent pricing model of €59 per month for two users, with €5 extra per added user. The software offers a complete package without hidden costs, which makes it an attractive option for small organisations and freelancers.
