How does it work?
Your customers or employees email e-invoices, scanned invoices and/or digital invoices to Zenvoices or upload them with the mobile app. Zenvoices then automatically creates a booking suggestion, which is visible directly in the accounting package after approval.

With Zenvoices you streamline your organisation's invoice authorisation process. Employees can approve invoices in the online portal or with the mobile app. After approval, invoices are booked or made payable in your accounting package.
