Jotform is an online form builder that you can also use as survey software; that part is called Jotform Surveys. You drag questions into a survey or start with a template. With logic you show only the questions that apply. You share the survey via a link, email or your website and view the responses in reports.
The free Starter plan is for 1 user, 5 forms and 100 submissions per month. Brons costs € 39, Zilver € 49 and Goud € 129 per month; with annual billing that is € 34, € 39 and € 99 per month. For Enterprise, with multiple users, you request a quote. Jotform can be used in Dutch.
