Microsoft Forms is Microsoft's survey software and is part of Microsoft 365. You use it to create surveys, polls and quizzes, for example to collect feedback or test knowledge. Questions can branch based on earlier answers, you see the responses in charts and you export them to Excel. Forms works in the browser, also in Dutch.
Forms has no price of its own: it is included in the business Microsoft 365 plans. The cheapest is Microsoft 365 Business Basic without Teams: € 5,60 per user per month with a monthly subscription, or € 4,67 with an annual subscription. With Teams, Business Basic costs € 6,07 per user per month (annual subscription). Prices exclude VAT. You can try Microsoft 365 Business Standard free for a month.
