Tally is a form builder that you can also use as survey software: you use it to create surveys, quizzes and sign-up forms. It comes from Tally BV, a small independent team from Europe. You type your questions as in a text document, add logic and calculations and share the form with a link or on your website. Tally is hosted in Europe.
For free you create unlimited forms and receive unlimited submissions, within the fair use rules. Pro costs € 25 per month (€ 20 per month with annual billing): without Tally branding, with your own domain and unlimited team members. Business costs € 79 per month (€ 65 per month with annual billing) and adds data retention periods, among other things.
