The free plan is for 3 active surveys, with 10 questions and 100 responses per survey. Basic costs € 7,42 per month and is only available with annual billing. Plus costs € 35, Pro € 49 and Enterprise (3 users) € 109 per month. If you pay annually, that is € 25, € 35 and € 75 per month. Prices exclude VAT. You can try the Enterprise version free for 7 days.
