CClaw is law firm software from Clipconsultants in Veghel, which has been on the market for more than 25 years. The package combines billing per matter or per lawyer, matter management, accounts receivable management with an iDEAL payment link and full financial administration with journals, bank statement import, VAT returns and balance sheet. Separate apps add document management, integrated telephony, time recording on your phone and reports. You create documents from Word and send emails from Outlook.
There is a Windows version that runs locally and CClaw Online, which stores data encrypted on servers in Europe. Prices are not on the site; you request them. CClaw gives a free demo at your office or theirs, and helps you switch from another package. Support is by email and by direct telephone contact, in Dutch.
