Chatlayer is chatbot software from Sinch with which you build chatbots and voicebots without programming. You start with a template and put the bot on the channels your customers use. According to Sinch, the bot understands more than 100 languages. Via the API you link it to your CRM, ticketing system or contact centre, and a conversation can be handed over to an employee.
Prices are not on the site. A plan is based on the number of conversations the bot holds per month, and some features are only in Pro and Enterprise. You only see what the plans cost in the platform itself. You can create an account for free or request a demo. Your data can be in a data centre in Belgium.
