Gatekeeper is contract management software that links every contract to the supplier behind it. It is intended for procurement, finance and legal teams. You keep customer and supplier contracts in one system, draw up new contracts from approved templates, have them approved and signed, and get notified before every renewal. You also use it to manage your suppliers: onboarding, risks and spend.
There are three plans: Pro (up to 250 external parties), Enterprise (up to 750) and Enterprise Plus (more than 750). Prices are not on the website; you request a quotation. All plans have unlimited users, contracts and digital signatures, plus API access and single sign-on. The price depends on the number of parties and the number of workflows.
