Haystack is intranet software with which employees find their organisation's news, events and knowledge in one place. You set up the home page without code in your own house style, build a knowledge base and a glossary and look up colleagues in the people directory. Messages go out automatically via multiple channels; in an emergency you send an SMS to a targeted group. There are mobile apps.
Haystack does not publish prices. You pay per user and request a quotation with the number of employees. According to Haystack, there is no limit on usage or storage and guidance with the roll-out is included. Large organisations get a volume discount. You can add users during the contract at a pro rata price.
