Microsoft Teams Phone adds a cloud phone system to Microsoft Teams. You make and receive calls on regular phone numbers in the app where you already hold meetings and chat. That way you arrange business telephony without a separate PBX. It is intended for organisations that already work with Teams: you need a separate Teams licence for it. You can also call with devices that are certified for Teams.
Teams Phone Standard costs € 8,70 per user per month when paid annually, excluding VAT. You add calling to regular numbers with a calling plan from Microsoft or through a telecoms provider. With pay-as-you-go calling it costs € 11,30, with domestic calls € 19,10 and with international calls as well € 29,50. You can try Standard free for one month.
