PDF Architect is a PDF editor for Windows from pdfforge, the company behind PDFCreator and part of Avanquest. You edit text and images, convert PDFs to and from Word, Excel and PowerPoint, create forms, secure documents and recognise text in scans with OCR. Electronic signing is included: 50 times a year in Pro, unlimited in Business. Business adds an admin dashboard, SSO and rollout via MSI and GPO.
PDF Architect Free is free for personal use: viewing, merging and creating PDFs from Office files. Pro costs € 109 and Business € 169 per user per year; those amounts are shown on the supplier's order screen. For larger numbers a volume discount applies and you can pay by invoice.
