Xelion is cloud business telephony software from the company of the same name in Delft. It is intended for SMEs. You call and chat from one environment on your PC, laptop, smartphone or desk phone. You can also bring text messages, WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams together in it. You decide for yourself who receives incoming calls and see in reports how reachable you are.
Xelion does not publish prices. You pay one fixed price per user, however many devices they use; calling, chat and reports are included. You request a price indication and then buy through a Xelion partner, who also handles the installation and management. AI services such as call analysis and an AI assistant are extra via Xelion Plus.
