As the earlier reviews also indicate, the reliability of the system is not sufficient. Personally I have (no longer) any complaints about the helpdesk; problems are responded to reasonably adequately. That was different until last year, worse. What remains a problem, however, is that new strange errors keep appearing in the system, which makes the system feel unreliable in the long term.

We have been using Zorgadmin for several years. Especially over the last year and a half we have experienced many problems. Errors in the software are fixed slowly, and at the helpdesk there are at times enormously long waiting times (up to 2 hours). Submitting claims has gone wrong at the start of January for several years in a row. In 2021 there was a stall in the claims process in both January and February, and complaints are barely responded to, if at all. Unfortunately there is hardly any service to speak of.

Client files and the way of submitting claims are handy in themselves. But there are regular errors, so you cannot fully rely on the system. The accounting program is particularly complicated and illogical. Out of necessity we are going to switch to an external accounting program. Price is ultimately high for what you get. A shame.
