B&F Salonsoftware is a cloud package for hair and beauty salons from B&F Groep in 's-Hertogenbosch, which has been making salon software for more than 25 years. You work with modules for client data, calendar, till, administration, stock and management, and with a free owner app you can see clients, appointments and the live till on the go. Online booking with a consumer app, email campaigns, automatic client promotions and loyalty systems are options. B&F also supplies the till hardware, such as a TouchPOS system, cash drawer, receipt printer and barcode scanner.
For salons without staff, Smart costs € 9.95 per month (calendar, clients and till, without helpdesk) and Professional € 29.95 per month. For salons with staff there is a free version with only clients and calendar, and XL for € 39.95 per month with all modules. The site does not say whether the prices include VAT. Every new salon gets a beginner training, and on request you can try out the software.
