Software info
Phorest is salon software that started in Dublin and has a Dutch website and a Dutch phone number. It is made for hair salons, beauty salons, barbers, spas and aesthetic clinics, and according to the supplier is best suited to salons with three or more staff. Clients book online, through your own salon app or social media, with a deposit to prevent no-shows. You get automatic text and email reminders, email marketing, a loyalty programme with points, digital consultation forms, a till with stock management and requests for reviews on Google and Facebook.
There are three packages, Starter, Grow and Ultimate, with unlimited devices and staff. Prices are not on the site; you request a quote. There is no free trial, but there is a demo. Phorest sets up the software for you, transfers clients, staff and products and trains your team at no extra cost. Phone support is available from Monday to Saturday.
