JivoChat is live chat software for websites with which you also answer messages from other channels. You put a chat window on your site and see the chats from your website and messages from Instagram, Facebook and Telegram, among others, in one app. From Basic you automatically invite visitors to a conversation and see live who is on your site. The chat window is available in 25 languages.
There is a free version with two months of chat history. Basic costs € 30, Professional € 50 and Enterprise € 60 per agent per month. If you pay annually, that is € 21, € 35 and € 42 per month, excluding VAT. You can try the paid features free for 14 days. WhatsApp is a module that costs extra.
