Legisway from Wolters Kluwer is contract management software for legal departments, with other legal modules alongside. You keep contracts with their associated documents and emails in one place, search the full text and receive notifications for expiry dates. You draw up contracts with templates and have them signed digitally. The other modules cover entity management, claims and disputes, and risk management.
There are three packages. Core is available from € 8.000 per year and includes contracts, corporate housekeeping and matter management. Advanced, from € 13.000 per year, adds legal ticketing, workflows and document automation. Premium is available from € 16.000 per year and you put it together yourself. You request a demo first.
