Oneflow is contract management software from Sweden, with an office in Amsterdam. You create digital contracts, have them approved and signed, and store them in a single searchable archive. With rules for the contract term you automatically receive a notification about a renewal. AI summarises contracts and extracts data from them. Oneflow is available in eleven languages, including Dutch.
Business costs from € 50 per user per month and is for teams of 5 or more users. You pay annually; paying monthly is not possible. For Enterprise, from 10 users and with single sign-on among other things, you request a quote. You can try the full platform free for 14 days, without a credit card. According to Oneflow there is also a free plan.
