Resource Guru is planning software for teams that schedule people, equipment and meeting rooms, such as agencies, consultants and construction and engineering firms. It began in 2012 in London. You book people on projects, see who is available or overbooked and keep track of leave. In the more expensive plans, timesheets, reports and project budgets are added.
Grasshopper costs $6 per person per month, Blackbelt $9,60 and Master $14,40. When paid annually that is $5, $8 and $12 per month. Other resources, such as equipment or rooms, cost half. You pay for everyone you add, including those who do not log in. Master adds SSO and telephone support; for Enterprise you request a price. You can try it free for 30 days, without a credit card.
