Shopify Inbox is Shopify's live chat software for webshops that run on Shopify. You install the app from the Shopify App Store and visitors can send a message in your webshop. You and your employees reply from the desktop or with the app for iOS or Android, and include product links, discount codes and images. You can also turn on the Inbox agent: it uses AI to answer questions about products, shipping and returns.
Shopify Inbox is free. You do need a webshop with Shopify: it does not work with another webshop or website. The app is available in Dutch. You set up quick replies, notifications and availability hours. Support comes from Shopify and, according to the App Store, is not available in Dutch.
