kSuite is an online workspace with an office suite from the Swiss company Infomaniak. You get business email, storage in kDrive, chat (kChat) and video conferencing (kMeet). You edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files in the browser with the built-in OnlyOffice editors, also together with colleagues. According to Infomaniak, kSuite is developed and hosted in Switzerland, in its own data centres.
The free version has 15 GB of storage and one email address. Standard costs € 1,58 per user per month, Business € 6,58 and Enterprise € 12,42, excluding VAT. Business has 3 TB of storage per user and also Microsoft Office Online; SSO is only in Enterprise. With an annual contract you get 50% off Business and Enterprise for the first year.
