Microsoft 365 is Microsoft's office suite, with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The Business plans are for companies with up to 300 users. You write documents, calculate in spreadsheets and make presentations. You also get business email on your own domain and 1 TB of cloud storage per user. The apps are also available in Dutch.
Business Basic costs € 7,28 per user per month and only has the web and mobile apps. Business Standard (€ 14,56) also has the desktop apps, and Business Premium (€ 22,87) adds extra security. With an annual plan you pay € 6,07, € 12,13 and € 19,06 per month. Without Teams the plans are cheaper, from € 5,60. Prices are excluding VAT. You can try it free for a month.
