REMS (Real Estate Management System) is property management software from Aareon for property managers and property investors, whether they handle management themselves or outsource it. The package is modular and covers the commercial, technical and financial management of homes, shops, offices, garages and logistics property. You record properties and contracts, index rents based on figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS) or the Dutch housing valuation system (woningwaarderingsstelsel), and manage letting conditions, applicants, maintenance requests and housing benefit. The financial part handles invoicing and direct debit, multi-year budgets, rent, service charge and heating cost statements, digital purchase invoices and VAT returns. With the online portals you share data with owners and other stakeholders.
