Software info
Rentio is a Belgian platform for letting and property management from Rentio NV, for estate agencies, land agents and asset managers. It covers the whole rental process: selecting prospective tenants via MijnHuurProfiel, having leases signed digitally and registered via MyRent, arranging the rental deposit and inventory report, and indexing rents each year according to the rules of each region. You collect rent by direct debit, with follow-up of arrears. Tenants report problems and pay via an app, and you call in partners for repairs and legal assistance. Rentio integrates with Exact Online and is available in Dutch, French and English.
Prices are not on the site: after a demo, online or at the office, you get a tailored proposal with support during start-up. You can download the app with basic features for free; the full Dashboard Pro is set up for you first.
