Smovin is rental and property management software for private and professional property investors with homes, shops or offices in Belgium and France. You connect your bank account, after which Smovin automatically matches incoming rent to the right contract and flags arrears. You can also index rents, manage leases, communicate with tenants, recharge costs and track the financial results per property. Smovin integrates with accounting packages such as Exact Online, BOB50, Winbooks and Odoo. The site is available in Dutch and French.
Free costs nothing for up to 2 let units. Essential costs € 4, Standard € 6 and Premium € 8 per unit per month, excl. VAT; above 10 units you get a quote. You only pay 30 days after entering your card and can cancel whenever you like.
