Software info
Deona is Flemish childcare software that now belongs to Ovivio. There are three editions: Deona KDV for day nurseries, where you choose per location between income-related rates (IKT), childcare benefit or a mix; Deona DVO for childminder services, with invoices, allowances and the RSZ (social security) spreadsheet; and Deona BOA for out-of-school care, holiday playground schemes and leisure activities. You manage bookings, attendance, invoicing and reporting to Kind en Gezin. Through the parent portal, parents follow their child's day, see invoices and tax certificates and pay online.
Prices are not on the site; you request a demo and a quote. Ovivio hosts the database and the web applications in the cloud. Administrative staff work with a Windows client or a hosted version, carers and parents via the browser. There are integrations with accounting packages, the Lokaal Loket and meal suppliers, and a Deona Web API. Support is available on working days by phone and email.
