SDB KIS (Kind Informatie Systeem) is childcare software from SDB Groep, a supplier that has focused on healthcare and childcare for more than 45 years. On a planning board you see occupancy and the waiting list, schedule children and create agreements that parents sign digitally. Invoices are generated from the hours used. Childcare practitioners record attendance and communicate with parents in the GroepsApp, and parents have an OuderApp. Workflows let you automate recurring tasks, and the VervoersApp plans the collection and drop-off of children.
SDB KIS is part of the SDB Kinderopvangsuite, together with rota planning, HR and payroll and the employee app SDB Octopus. It is intended for organisations with a few to hundreds of locations. Prices are not on the site; you book an inspiration session or demo. SDB handles the implementation itself, with its own project managers and consultants.
