Software info
Ovivio (formerly KidsKonnect) is a Dutch supplier of childcare software for day nurseries, out-of-school care, childminder agencies and integrated child centres (IKCs). You choose which parts you take: child scheduling with swap days and alerts for under- and overoccupancy, staff scheduling that ties in with it, and invoicing with SEPA direct debit, reminders and credit notes. Flexkids and KidsVision are the packages for scheduling and administration. Konnect is the app: teams record attendance and observations in the GroepsApp, and parents see daily reports, photos, invoices and annual statements in the OuderApp and request extra care or swap days themselves.
Prices are not on the site; you request a demo, online or on site. The OuderApp is available in Dutch and English. Data is stored in the Netherlands and Ovivio cites ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402. For childminder agencies and small organisations, Ovivio has the Portabase package, and in Belgium it sells Deona.
