Proles Software is childcare software from Proles Software BV in Zwartebroek, aimed at smaller childcare centres: day nursery, out-of-school care, pre-school playgroup and lunchtime care (tso). The child schedule shows the child ratio, group size and free places, and you record attendance digitally or on paper. You create placement agreements in your own house style and parents sign them digitally. Invoicing follows the schedule, so extra days and swap credit appear on the invoice automatically. There is also a parent portal and OuderApp, a staff rota that takes the staff-to-child ratio (BKR) into account, and exports of KOI, SEPA and MT940 files.
For a day nursery, the price starts at € 43.50 per month incl. VAT, plus from € 0.70 per child place per month. This includes maintenance, daily backups and the helpdesk; optional modules cost extra. There are no start-up costs, you have unlimited users and groups and the contracts are short-term. You can try the software for a month first and request a demo, also remotely.
