Software info
Bitcare is childcare software for day nurseries, pre-school playgroups and out-of-school care, made for the Dutch and Belgian rules and rate systems. Child scheduling takes the staff-to-child ratio (BKR) into account and the contract process is digital. Staff see their roster, leave, absence and hours worked in their own app, each group has a digital diary and parents receive messages and photos in the Ouder App. You create invoices with one click from the scheduled hours and you submit government files from within the system. For HR and payroll administration there is an integration with Humanwave.
Bitcare works with tailored quotes and you pay based on the number of children attending. There are two packages, Basis and Plus, which include features such as your own invoice layout and a Mollie integration. Start-up costs depend on the number of childcare places and modules, the Humanwave integration costs € 10 per month and the notice period is three calendar months. You can try Bitcare for free. The servers are in Google data centres in the United States.
